Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device while you browse websites. We also use similar technologies such as the browser's local storage (localStorage). Throughout this document we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies".

Legal basis

We use strictly necessary cookies on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest) and the Polish Electronic Communications Law. We set analytics and marketing cookies only after you give freely given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC — ePrivacy). Consent is optional; declining or withdrawing it does not restrict access to the site. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

Strictly necessary cookies

Always active and not subject to consent. The site would not work properly without them.

• tsf_cookie_consent — stores your cookie choice (kept for up to 12 months).
• NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your chosen interface language.
• tsf-theme (localStorage) — remembers your light or dark theme choice.
• Session and security cookies — keep you signed in to the client, company, and employee panels and protect against CSRF attacks; removed when the session expires.

Analytics cookies

Set only after you consent. They let us measure traffic and how the site is used so we can improve it.

• tsf_session (localStorage) — a pseudonymous session identifier for our in-house page-view counter; 30-minute inactivity window, not linked to your account.
• Google Analytics (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) — visit statistics provided by Google Ireland Limited; kept for up to 24 months. Data may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.

Marketing cookies

Set only after you consent. They are used to personalise ads and measure their effectiveness.

• Google Ads / DoubleClick (e.g. _gcl_*, IDE, test_cookie) — remarketing and conversion measurement; kept from a few days to 24 months.

Google Consent Mode

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you give consent, Google tags run in a restricted mode — they set no cookies or identifiers and collect no personal data. We load Google Tag Manager (GTM) only after you consent to analytics or marketing.

Managing your consent

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by opening the cookie settings:

You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Restricting necessary cookies may, however, affect how the site works.

Retention period

The retention period of each cookie is listed above. We keep the record of your consent for no longer than 12 months, after which we ask for your preferences again.

Your rights

With regard to personal data processed in connection with cookies, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
