1. General Provisions These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the MYTSF website, available at mytsf.pl, which enables users to search for sports and leisure facilities and to purchase passes and memberships offered by the companies operating these facilities. Definitions Website – the MYTSF online platform available at mytsf.pl. User – a natural person using the website, including those creating a customer account. Company – an entity operating a sports or leisure facility, offering services and products via the website. Account – an individual account held by a User or a Company on the Website, secured by a username and password. Order – a request to purchase a season ticket, membership or other product offered by the Company via the Website. 3. Scope of services The Website enables users to browse offers from sports and leisure facilities, compare terms and prices, create an account, place orders and make online payments for season tickets and memberships. MYTSF acts as a technological intermediary between the User and the Company – sports and leisure services are provided directly by the Companies. 4. Account on the website Creating an account requires providing accurate details and accepting these terms and conditions. The User is obliged to keep their login details confidential and is responsible for any actions taken using their account. An account can be deleted at any time via the customer portal or by contacting the website’s support team. 5. Orders and payments Orders are placed electronically and require payment via the online payment methods available on the website. Once the order has been paid for, the User will receive a confirmation to the email address provided during registration. The prices displayed on the website are gross prices and are set by the individual Companies. The rules governing returns and withdrawal from a contract relating to a purchased pass or membership are determined by the Company providing the service in question, in accordance with applicable legislation. 6. Rights and obligations of the parties The User is obliged to use the website in accordance with the law and accepted standards of conduct, and not to take any action that may disrupt its operation. MYTSF endeavours to ensure that the information presented on the website is up to date and accurate; however, it accepts no liability for the content and offers published by the Companies. 7. Complaints Complaints regarding the operation of the website may be submitted to the email address [...] or via the contact form. Complaints are dealt with within 14 days of being submitted. Complaints regarding the quality of services provided by a Company should be addressed directly to that Company. 8. Liability MYTSF accepts no liability for the non-performance or improper performance of sports and leisure services by Companies. Final provisions MYTSF reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of any changes in good time. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. These Terms and Conditions shall come into force on 23 August 2026.
